Located at the southern tip of the Delaware Reservoir, Crystal Lake Park
is in a beautiful country setting with large lots, landscaping, and a
playground for the children.

Monthly lot rent is $330. Rent includes sewer and trash pickup.
Prospective buyers must be approved by the park management before committing
to buying this mobile home. The park requires a $50 application fee and, if
accepted, a down payment ($330) and first month's rent.

Home owners pay for water (minimum of $9/month), electric and gas. There
is no cable but satellite is available.

From Delaware or Marion: Take Route 23 south from Marion or north from Delaware to Main Road. (Main Road goes east of Route 23 south of the Delaware resavor and north of the railroad overpass). Turn east on Main Road. Go till it dead ends. Turn right onto Panhandle. Hanover Road is the first road to the left. The park is .7 mile up Hanover Road on the right.

From Morrow County area. Starting at Route 229 east of Ashley, Go to Horseshoe Road, turn south. Hanover Road is on the right. The park is down Hanover Road on the left.
