Affordable payments of $200/month. No down payment required. Financing through us is not required. Discount is given for up-front purchase.
Current month's lot rent will be prorated to the date that we sign the contracts.
Interest rate 15%. For every $500 you put down, I will reduce the interest by one half percent. This makes the home even more affordable.
I want to make your payments as easy as possible. Payments may be made monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, etc. whatever works for you. We need to decide your payment plan in advance.
If you wish to pay more per month, you will pay off the loan more quickly and pay less for the home.
YEARLY TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
The buyer is responsible for all utilities and lot rent.
BUYER MUST MAINTAIN HAZARD AND LIABILITY INSURANCE THROUGHOUT THE LEASE PERIOD. Please list CAT's Vending Services, Inc. PO Box 33, Galena, Ohio 43021 as the lien holder on the policy.
I regret that I cannot hold any mobile home without a deposit. It is best if you turn in your application to the park office as quickly as possible.
Home is being sold "AS IS". Please inspect the home throughly before purchase. Although I have tried to tell youeverything I know about this home, I have never lived in it. CAT's Vending Services, Inc. is not responsible for any repairs that need to be made.
