Located in a still rural area in southern Delaware County, Westerville Estates is cose to the cities of Westerville, New Albany, Gahanna, and north-east Columbus, Ohio. The area has good schools, shopping, employment, and entertainment. There is a swimming pool, clubhouse and laundry available within the park. There will be good access to the city's outer belt (I-270) when the new entrance ramp is finished.
Monthly lot rent is $297. Rent includes trash pick-up Prospective buyers must be approved by the park management before committing to buying this mobile home. The park requires a $25 application fee, and, if accepted, a down payment ($297) and first month's rent.
Home owners pay for water, electric and gas.

Pets are permitted with park approval. No outdoor doghouses are allowed and dogs may not be tied outside when the owner is not around. Please check with the park for further requirements for having a pet.
Driving instructions:
From Delaware and beyond: Take US-23 south to Lewis Center Road, turn left. Stay straight on Lewis Center for about 4.3 miles. The road will turn into Big Walnut Road. Turn right onto Sunbury Road (2.8 miles). Turn left onto Smothers Road (2.2 miles). Turn left onto Harlem Road. Turn right onto Fancher
Road. Park is on the right.
From Columbus: Starting on Dublin-Granville Road (Old US-161), between New Albany and I-270 outer belt in the north east corner of Franklin County. Go to Harlem Road, which is west of New Albany and east on I-270. Turn north. Go to Fancher Road, Fancher Road is in Delaware County, so look for the county line sign, before thinking you have passed it. Fancher Road will only go to the right. The park is on the right.
