Monthly lot rent is $318. Rent includes basic cable. Prospective buyers must be approved by the park management bfore committing to buying this mobile home. The park requires a $35 application fee and, if accepted, a down payment ($318) and first month's rent.

Driving instructions:

From Delaware and beyond: Take US-36 south to US-33. Merge onto US-33 west. Follow directions below.

From Columbus: Starting at US-33 and US-161 in Dublin, go west on US-33 to the US-4 north (Marion) exit. (This is 1 exit west on the intersection of US-33 and US-36). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left (south, away from Marion). This is Main Street. Continue on Main Street to Fifth Street, turn left. Go to Chestnut Street, turn right. Follow Chestnut to 10th Street. Turn left. You are now in the park.
