Located in the city of Marysville, Ohio, Marysville Estates Mobile Home Park is close to shopping, schools, and one of the major employers in the Central Ohio area, Honda of America. While Marysville remains a small town surrounded by farms and fields, it is less than 30 minutes form Columbus and all the culture and entertainment of the capital city.

Monthly lot rent is $318. Rent includes basic cable. Prospective buyers must be approved by the park management before committing to buying this mobile home. The park requires an application fee and, if accecpted, a down payment ($318) and first month's rent.

Gas: Columbia Gas of Ohio (800) 344-4077. The park's address is used for the gas company. (i.e. 506 N Main Street, Marysville, Ohio Lot 76).

Marysville Estates is in the Marysville City School District. East Elementary is the elementary school.

Pets are permitted with park approval. No outdoor doghouses are allowed and dogs may not be tied outside when the owner is not around. Please check with the park for further requirements for having a pet.

Driving instructions:

From Delaware and beyond: Take US-36 south to US-33. Merge onto US-33 west. Follow directions below.

From Columbus: Starting at US-33 and US-161 in Dublin, go west on US-33 to the US-4 north (Marion) exit. (This is 1 exit west on the intersection of US-33 and US-36). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left (south, away from Marion). This is Main Street. The park is on the left at 506 N Main Sttreet.
