Fox Hollow Mobile Home Park
183 Jackson Street
Plain City, Ohio 43064
419-674-7513
Located in the heart of Plain City, this intimate little park is moving towards a bright future. Under new management, it is being restored in keeping with the quiet rural and wholesome living that makes Ohio farming towns great. While Plain City remains a small town surrounded by farms and fields, it is just 10 minutes east of Marysville with its shopping and one of the major employers in the Central Ohio area - Honda of America, and just 20 minutes west of Columbus with all the culture and entertainment of the Capital City.
Monthly lot rent is $225. Rent includes sewer and trash pickup. Prospective buyers must be approved by the park management before committing to buying this mobile home. The park requires an application fee and, when accepted, a down payment ($225) and first month's rent.
Home owners pay for water (minimum of $9/month), electric and gas. There is no cable, but satellite is available.
Utility providers are:
Phone: Verizon (800) 483-4000
Electric: AEP
Gas: Columbia Gas of Ohio
Fox Hollow is in the Jonathon Alder School District.
Pets are permitted with park approval. No outdoor doghouses are allowed and dogs may not be tied outside when the owner is not around. Please check with the park for further requirements for having a pet. (I do not charge extra for pets.)
