Located in the heart of the Capital City, this intimate little park is only 10 minutes (5.5 miles) from the City Center and all that downtown has to offer. Who would have ever guessed that a small, clean and cozy mobile home park could be found on a bus line so close to the urban action.

Or if you are more interested in staying even closer to home, everything you could want is just minutes away. Banks, grocery stores, gas stations, fast food, pharmacies, ets. whatever you need. A child day care is just across Moler Street, within walking distance.

Monthly lot rent is $235. Rent includes sewer and trash pickup. Prospective buyers must be approved by the park management before committing to buy this mobile home. The park requires an application fee ($25) and, if accepted, a down payment ($235) and first month's rent.

Home owners pay for water, electric and gas. There is cable available.

Pets are permitted with park approval. No outdoor doghouses are allowed and dogs may not be tied outside when the owner is not around. Please check with the park for further requirements for having a pet. (I do not charge extra for pets.)

Driving instructions:
Start by taking the Columbus Innerbelt (I70 and I 71) to the Alum Creek Dr exit off I70 (exit 103B).
Turn left onto Alum Creek Dr.
Turn Right onto Frebis Ave.
Anchor MHP is on the left. The park goes between Frebis and Moler. You can enter the park form either road, but you cannot go through. This is to cut down on traffic in the park and helps keep the area quiet and safe.
