This 1978 14' by 70' Coachman mobile home originally had 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The previous owners, after raising a family here, remodeled to provide a larger empty nest adult space. They removed two walls between the smallest bedroom and living room/hall to provide a very large living room. They also removed the door to the front bedroom. It would not be hard to replace these changes if desired. The front door enters this huge living room. To the front of the living room is a separate sitting/office room (originally the 2nd bedroom), and towards the back an open kitchen with a gas stove with electric start and a side by side refrigerator. There is a washer/dryer but I do not know if they work. There is also a built in microwave stand with storage underneath (no microwave). Down a hall towards the back is the master bedroom and bath.

Good points: This is a solid home with a lot of useable space. The smaller family will be amazed at the space and coziness of the remodel. The living room has a fake electric fireplace. It actually looks good, but I don't know if it works. There is a brand new hot water heater. The floors are good. It has a shed, 2 awnings, and front steps leading to a nice front deck. Landscaping around the deck makes for a very private space. There are 4 ceiling fans, 3 with lights, one in the front room, the living room (no light), kitchen and master bedroom. There are no broken windows. There is a working window ari conditioner.

There is a private covered driveway out back. A very nice feature.

Bad points: There is a bad spot in the floor in the corner of the master bedroom. This mobile home needs a new carpet and a new kitchen tile. If you want to pick and install these items yourself, I will lower the purchase price by $2,000.

A wheelchair ramp has been added by the last tenant/buyer. If desired, this can be easily removed. The stairs are still available and could easily be replaced.

All taxes have been paid and the seller will pay all transfer fees.

Current month's lot rent will be prorated from the date of sale.

Affordable payments of $300/month. With no down payment, this home will be paid off in 48 months. I would consider a smaller monthly payment, but you will pay a lot more overall due to interest.
